As part of the service a thorough IT audit will be carried out to identify any areas of weakness/improvement in your existing system. Support is cost effective with contracts covering a regular program of preventative maintenance, backed up with reactive and dedicated helpdesk support.

Service & Pricing Models

Ad Hoc
The first model is simply Ad Hoc support, primarily used if you just a need a quick repair. There is no formal contract and hence no commitment, however, you do get access to skilled technicians and consultants who will repair your systems should you suffer any unforeseen problems. Ad Hoc support is a best endeavour service.


Lite
The second model is what we term Lite and this is our most straight forward type of formal relationship. It is simply a bank of hours, paid for in advance, and set against the requirement for ongoing responsive support.
The contract is open ended and has no time limit plus hours can be added as required at anytime during the contract period.


Flex
The third model is Flex and is our most popular service offering. Flex consists of three components that make up one IT support contract. These are as follows: a formal contract, proactive maintenance visits and a reactive bank of hours.
The benefit of Flex is simple; it provides IT insurance for peace of mind and a focus on prevention and improvement on a pay as you go basis.


Max
Our final offering is Max which is a one year fixed price contract. It has the same benefits as the Flex, but is aimed at organisations who want a fixed cost for their IT support and is usually for companies who have a larger number of users.
This support contract involves an inventory and an assessment of the quality of your IT equipment to detail what we are supporting for a fixed price throughout the duration of the contract. Max is like having your own IT department.
